Myo-Inositol- Inositol is a sugar-alcohol made naturally in the body from glucose. Myo inositol is the most abundant of the inositol compounds and participates in several signaling processes in the body related to fertility, including the pathways related to gonadotropins and insulin. Gonadotropins are hormones that govern ovarian and testicular function. Inositol is involved in glucose metabolism, follicle maturation, and menstrual cycle progression, all of which play important roles in conception and pregnancy. Inositol also helps regulate cellular motility, including neural tube closure, which is an integral part of embryonic development. Myo-inositol has been studied in clinical trials for its therapeutic effects on female infertility, as well as preventing neural tube defects and gestational diabetes.

This antioxidant is part of the mitochondrial respiratory chain and vital to the production of ATP. CoQ10’s levels decrease with aging. N-Acetyl Cysteine – N-Acetyl Cysteine is a derivative of the amino acid cysteine.
