Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth to meet and/or exceed all company revenue goals. Based in Pittsburgh, PA, the Marketing Director will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing our marketing initiatives to strengthen our brands, increase customer engagement, and expand market presence. This role requires a creative and analytical leader with a proven track record in digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate the Nutritional Frontiers, World of Wellness, and Soul Intelligence brands, drive sales, and meet growth objectives.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, email campaigns, PPC, content marketing, remarketing, nurturing, and website management.
- Remarketing: Establish a comprehensive nurturing, active offers, and remarketing campaigns to ensure a positive client lifecyle experience.
- Social Media Leadership: Create and manage engaging social media campaigns across multiple platforms to grow audience reach, drive engagement, and build brand loyalty.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity for all three brands across all marketing channels.
- Event Marketing: Oversee content creation and event support materials needed for educational events both in-person and online to include our online courses at nfuedu.com.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CGO and cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, customer experience, and operations, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Content Creation: Guide the development of compelling content, including blogs, videos, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Demonstrated success in leading marketing teams and achieving measurable business growth.
- Expertise in digital tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and CMS systems, NetSuite knowledge a plus.
- Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Experience in the nutraceutical, health, or wellness industry is preferred.
