Inside Sales and Education Professional (On-Site – Full-Time)

Position Overview:

The Inside Sales and Education Professional is a results-driven sales leader focused on growing revenue through proactive outreach, client engagement, and high-impact selling strategies. This remote position leads the charge in driving sales by engaging prospects, closing deals, and upselling existing clients, while also delivering targeted training and webinars to strengthen product knowledge and increase customer success. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is confident on the phone and in virtual meetings, and brings proven experience in the nutraceutical space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales territory virtually
  • Provide support to field representatives
  • Support sales goals through consistent communication and training efforts
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Conduct educational staff trainings for new and existing clients
  • Schedule online educational opportunities for clients with Subject Matter Experts
  • Host webinars and Zoom training sessions to promote product knowledge and best practices
  • Attend in-territory company sponsored dinners and national events

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and client engagement
  • Proficiency with phone systems and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of nutraceuticals is required
  • Familiarity with the Nutritional Frontiers product line is a plus

 

Compensation:

  • Base annual salary range $60,000.00 to $75,000.00, commensurate with experience
  • Would include commission and performance bonuses
  • We are also open to a 1099 contractor arrangement with 15% commission only
