Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and elevate our three brands Nutritional Frontiers, World of Wellness, and Soul Intelligence brands. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, skilled in content creation, and experienced in driving engagement across multiple platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can combine creativity with analytics to build a strong online presence and foster a loyal community of customers and followers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with each of our brands marketing goals and identity.
    • Expand target audiences and tailor content to resonate with their interests and needs.
    • Create influencer campaigns to support growth objectives and provide social proof.
  2. Content Creation and Management:
    • Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content (including posts, graphics, videos, and stories) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
    • Consider whether our brands should also explore TikTok and Twitter.
    • Manage multiple content calendars to ensure consistent posting and timely campaign launches.
    • Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create visually appealing and informative content to include all delivery forms—static images, video, reels, text, captions, hashtags.
    • Create compelling posts to promote our educational events both in person and online to include our online courses at nfuedu.com.
  3. Community Engagement:
    • Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build meaningful relationships with followers.
    • Ensure all three brands’ clients and customers accounts are linked with our brands, and regularly update with new accounts.
    • Foster a sense of community by interacting with customers, influencers, and industry professionals.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions).
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize content and strategy.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment across all channels.
  3. Trend Analysis and Innovation:
    • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Experiment with new formats and approaches to keep content fresh and relevant.
    • Test all forms of social content to determine what types of posts yield the most engagement, action, and sales.
  4. Influencer Partnerships:
    • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors in the health and wellness space.
    • Manage influencer campaigns to ensure successful partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the health and wellness or nutraceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content and growing social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media scheduling tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the health and wellness industry and trends.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Basic video editing skills.
