I bought the liquid DMG as I have MTHFR gene. I used to take methyl folate but when I watched a podcast Dr. Mitskovitz said Liquid DMG is far superior & better for those with MTHFR. I have been taking this for a while now & love it. It taste good & it is good for you. I love National Frontiers products. Have bought many different things from them. Although an expensive brand but considering it is a good quality product it justifies the price. Although it would be nice if a tad cheaper then I can buy all my supplements need from them. So I buy whenever there is a discount. That helps a lot.
